Jinja Safari, a young band out of Aus is having a hell of a time with this great tune, Peter Pan.
This seems to be the 3rd time someone has tried to steal use of their song, and it's coming from one of Time Magazine's 2008 'Most Influential People In The World', former Chilean president Michelle Bachelet. More on this story here.
